2. Data we collect

Enquiry & enrolment data: name, phone number, age/date of birth, guardian details for minors, program interest and preferred timings.
Membership data: attendance, plan and payment records (including GST invoices/receipts).
Communications: messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp, SMS or phone.
Website data: basic technical logs. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

3. How we use it

To schedule trial classes and operate memberships.
To send class, fee and safety communications via WhatsApp/SMS (opt-out anytime by replying STOP or telling the front desk).
To issue receipts and meet legal/tax obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that run our operations (e.g. our membership system and WhatsApp/SMS delivery providers such as Meta Platforms), and where law requires.

5. Children

Members under 18 are enrolled by a parent or guardian, whose contact details we hold and use for all communications and consents.

6. Retention & security

We keep membership and billing records as long as required for legal, tax and safety purposes, then delete or anonymise them. Access is restricted to authorised staff.

7. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us.
