1. Acceptance

By enrolling at ST8 Fitness, booking a trial, buying a Day Pass, or entering the training floor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Members under 18 are enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the member's behalf. These terms apply to members, trial attendees, Day Pass holders, camp participants and guests on the premises.

We may update these terms from time to time. Each update is published here as a new version with its own date. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.

4. Health, safety & assumption of risk

Please read this section carefully. It sets out risks you accept by training at ST8 Fitness.

4.1 The nature of the activity

Movement training at ST8 Fitness — parkour, calisthenics, gymnastics, aerial yoga, yoga and mat pilates — involves jumping, landing, climbing, vaulting, inversion, suspension at height, rotation, falling and impact. These are the activities themselves, not incidental to them.

Training of this kind carries an inherent risk of injury, including sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, concussion, and in rare cases serious or permanent injury. Coaching, matting, progression and supervision reduce that risk. They cannot remove it.

4.2 What you accept

By training at ST8 Fitness you confirm that you understand the nature of the activities and the risks described above; that you are taking part voluntarily and accept those risks; that you are in a fit state to train on each occasion; that you have disclosed every relevant medical condition, injury and limitation; that you will follow coach instructions and floor rules at all times; that you will use equipment only as directed and only when authorised; that you will not attempt a skill you have not been cleared for; and that you will stop and tell a coach immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint or in pain.

4.3 Your duty to disclose

You must tell us, before your first session and whenever it changes, about any injury (current or historic); any heart, lung, blood-pressure or circulatory condition; epilepsy, seizures, fainting or concussion history; any joint, spinal, bone or connective-tissue condition; pregnancy, or recent childbirth or surgery; any medication affecting balance, alertness, coordination or blood pressure; and any other condition that could affect safe participation.

We rely on what you tell us. Coaches adapt sessions based on your disclosures. If you do not disclose something, or disclose it inaccurately, we cannot adapt for it, and you accept the consequences of that to the extent the law permits.

4.4 How we manage risk

4.5 Guests and spectators

Only participants and authorised staff may be on the training floor. Parents, guardians and spectators remain in designated areas. Children not enrolled in a session must be supervised at all times and must not use equipment.

4.6 Injuries

Report any injury, however minor, to a coach before leaving the premises, so it can be recorded and dealt with properly.

5. Conduct & premises

6. Fees are non-refundable

Fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the law requires otherwise or ST8 agrees otherwise in writing. Memberships, camps and Day Passes cannot be cancelled once paid for. Where you take a Day Pass and start a membership within 7 days, ₹500 is credited automatically to your ST8 wallet — this is account credit, not a refund. Where ST8 agrees to compensate a member, this is done by credit to the member's ST8 account, not by cash or a reversal to a bank, card or UPI. The full position is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Media & intellectual property

8. Communications

We communicate by WhatsApp and SMS. Messages about your membership — receipts, class reminders, schedule changes and safety notices — are sent with your consent, given at enrolment. Promotional messages are optional and separately consented to. You may withdraw either consent at any time by telling the front desk or replying STOP. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

10. Force majeure

ST8 Fitness is not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control — including extreme weather, flooding, landslide, earthquake, fire, epidemic or pandemic, government or local-authority order, utility or infrastructure failure, or civil disturbance. Where such an event stops classes running for a sustained period, we will extend affected memberships by the equivalent period. No refund is payable.

12. Grievances & governing law
