Who is training?
How many days a week can you realistically commit?
What matters most right now?
One membership. Three disciplines — Parkour, Calisthenics and Gymnastics, trained as a mix rather than kept in separate boxes. Sessions are 60 minutes. Before you join any batch you take a short assessment with a trainer, who places you in the right skill band and designs your training around what you can actually do today. Every batch is a group class and every band is beginner friendly. The only thing that changes between these three plans is how many days a week you train.
3 hours a week · 3 × 60-minute sessions
Three days a week. Enough to genuinely change how you move.
4 hours a week · 4 × 60-minute sessions
Four days. The point where skills stop resetting and start stacking.
5 hours a week · 5 × 60-minute sessions
Five days. Movement as a practice, not a workout.
5 sessions a week · 3 drill days + 2 attempt days
One skill. One month. A coach who tells you the truth about how long it will take.
Monthly only · 5 days a week (2 coached skill days + 3 drill days). Big skills sometimes take more than one cycle — your coach sets an honest timeline on day one, and you can renew the same skill for another month.

Regular batches: Monday to Saturday, 7:00–8:30 PM, and Sunday mornings, 8:00–10:00 AM. Select Sundays add workshops and events.
Training batches run Monday to Friday, mornings and evenings, across all six disciplines — in age-banded, level-based groups. Saturdays are given to internal competitions, with live leaderboards posted on the ST8 app — except in ST8 of Champions, where Saturdays rotate through the month between Aerial work with strength and mobility, and competition set practice. And on select Sundays each month, the academy hosts workshops, showcases and open competitions.

From three years old. Children train in age-banded batches, so a three-year-old is never on the floor with a fourteen-year-old. ST8 of Play covers ages 3 to 14; from 15 upwards you move into the adult all-access plans.
60 minutes as standard, across every discipline. The two exceptions are our special batches: ST8 Rising runs three 60-minute sessions plus three two-hour sessions a week, and ST8 of Champions runs two hours a day, six days a week — or, on the reduced-load option, six coached hours a week taken as either three 2-hour days or six 1-hour days.
Parkour, Calisthenics and Gymnastics, trained as a mix rather than as separate classes. That applies to both the adult plans and the children's plans. Yoga, Mat Pilates and Aerial Yoga are separate Mind-Body plans, bought on their own.
No. Aerial Yoga is a standalone plan — ST8 of Grace — and is purchased separately. The same applies to Yoga (ST8 of Calm) and Mat Pilates (ST8 of Balance). Many members hold a movement plan and a Mind-Body plan alongside each other.
No. Every batch is a group class and every band is beginner friendly. Before you join anything, a trainer takes you through a short assessment, works out where you actually are, and places you in the right skill band — four bands for children, five for adults. Your training is then designed around that band. Nobody is thrown in at the deep end.
A short one-to-one session with a trainer. It is not a test you can fail and there is nothing to prepare for. It tells us your current level so we can put you in the right band and design your workouts around it — which is why a complete beginner and an experienced athlete can both walk in the same week and both be looked after properly.
For adults, ST8 of Motion at three days a week is where most people begin. For children, ST8 of Play at two or three days a week. Your joining assessment will tell you more than any page can. You can move up at any time and unused value carries across — nothing is wasted.
It comes down to hours and intent. ST8 of Play is our regular children's programme — up to six hours a week of 60-minute classes. ST8 Rising is athlete development at nine hours a week, with three extended two-hour sessions. ST8 of Champions is our competitive squad at twelve hours a week, gymnastics-led, under the Head Coach, with a six-hour option for cleared athletes whose term cannot take twelve. Children move up from Rising into Champions when they are cleared. All three demand a serious mindset; what changes is how far down the athlete road you are going.
By assessment clearance from Head Coach Surya Prakash, and no other way. It cannot be bought. Most athletes reach it through ST8 Rising, which is where the squad is selected from. Competition jerseys are provided by ST8 Fitness for athletes selected to compete.
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and plan shifts are all handled at the academy. Unused classes carry forward and any difference is either credited to your ST8 wallet or charged as a top-up. You never buy the same thing twice.
Semi-annual plans can be frozen for up to 15 days and annual plans for up to 30 — for travel, exams or recovery. Monthly plans and camps cannot be frozen. Request a freeze through the ST8 app or at the front desk.
Every session is coached, every batch is skill-banded, and progressions are never skipped. Children learn to land and roll before they learn to jump. Nothing is attempted on a hard surface until it has been cleared on a soft one, and no child trains unsupervised.
Your first class is free. Book it through the website or message the academy and we will place you in the right batch.
