Kids' gymnastics · Rajpur Road, Dehradun
The safest, strongest movement base a child can build — ages 3 to 17, in level-based batches that grow with your child.
Long before medals and routines, gymnastics teaches a child something quieter: how to fall, how to land, and how to trust their own body. Everything else grows from there.
01 · Why gymnastics first
Ask a sports scientist what a young body needs first, and the answer is rarely cricket or football — it's physical literacy. Gymnastics is the purest way to build it. Rolling, balancing, hanging, jumping and landing teach flexibility, balance, alignment and real body control — at exactly the age when those lessons stay for life.
That foundation feeds every sport your child will ever play. The footballer with quick feet, the swimmer with the strong core, the cricketer who somehow never gets injured — underneath, they're all drawing on the same foundational athleticism gymnastics builds first. Start here, and everything that comes after comes easier.
02 · Age by age
At this age, class looks like play — because it is. Little Movers learn to land softly, balance along a beam, hold their first shapes and roll safely, all wrapped inside games. Underneath the giggles: coordination, body awareness, and the confidence to try new things.
This is the golden window for learning. Juniors climb clear skill ladders — forward rolls to cartwheels to round-offs, wall handstands to free ones — with every new skill unlocked only when the one before it is genuinely solid.
Teens train for real mastery — back handsprings, aerials, and serious strength work — with a clear pathway into ST8's competitive batches for those who show the drive. The rest simply become the strongest, most capable version of themselves.

03 · Why parents choose ST8
Every landing happens on surfaces built for learning. Falling safely isn't a risk here — it's part of the curriculum.
Your child learns from coaches who have trained and competed at the national level — and who are at their best with nervous beginners.
Every two months, an assessment written by your child's coach lands on the ST8 app in plain words — with milestone notes the moment a big skill unlocks.
No child attempts a skill before the foundations are in place. Every level change is signed off individually — never rushed, never pushed.
A friendly internal competition every Saturday gives kids a stage, a leaderboard on the app, and a reason to be brave.
04 · Simple pricing
Kids' gymnastics at ST8 is part of ST8 of Play — our kids' programme that blends gymnastics with parkour and calisthenics into one continuous journey. Plans start at ₹3,000/month for two classes a week, and every membership includes the ST8 app, progress assessments and Saturday competition day.
Your child's first class is a free trial — no commitment, no special kit. Just comfortable clothes and bare feet.

From age 3. Our Little Movers batches (ages 3–6) are built entirely around play — short, joyful sessions that teach balance, landing and rolling long before anything looks like "training". Ages 7–13 join Juniors, and 14–17 train in our Teens batches.
They'll thrive. Batches are level-based, so your child always trains alongside kids at the same stage — and our coaches are at their best with hesitant beginners. ST8 isn't about being the best in the room; it's about being better than last month.
Taught properly, it's one of the safest ways a child can get strong. At ST8, every landing happens on crash mats and spring flooring, batch sizes are controlled, and no skill is attempted before the foundations are in place — every progression is signed off by a coach.
Through the ST8 app. Every two months your child's coach writes a progress assessment in plain words — how they're showing up, how they're moving, and which skills they've unlocked — plus milestone notes whenever a big skill lands between assessments.
